Job Description:
As a Marketing Specialist at Einsightful, you will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced consulting environment while contributing to our marketing initiatives. You will assist in various marketing functions, including content creation, social media management, market research, and event planning, helping us communicate our vision and offerings effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in writing and editing blogs, articles, newsletters, and other marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
- Social Media Management: Support the management of our social media accounts by creating engaging posts, monitoring audience engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential market opportunities to inform marketing strategies.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and networking events, including logistics, promotional materials, and attendee outreach.
- Analytics and Reporting: Help track and analyze marketing campaigns and provide insights on performance and areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and ZOHO Marketing and CRM apps is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
