Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Social Media Administrator. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, implementing social media strategies, optimizing content for engagement, and scheduling and posting updates. The role also involves monitoring social media trends, analytics, and interactions, as well as coordinating with team members to ensure alignment with brand goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools
- Proficiency in developing and executing Content Strategies
- Ability to analyze data and track performance metrics
- Ability to provide monthly analytics summarized
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Experience with social media management tools is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
What You’ll Be Doing
Scheduling posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Making sure formatting, captions, hashtags, and CTAs are correct before publishing
Keeping the monthly content calendar updated and accurate
Tracking what’s been posted vs. what’s still pending
Pulling weekly and monthly analytics and summarizing performance
Flagging content that’s doing really well (or not performing at all)
Light community management — checking comments, DMs, tags, clearing spam
Organizing content assets in Google Drive and keeping everything labeled
Uploading new content as it comes in and maintaining a clean content library
Helping with trend research (audios, formats, competitor content)
Keeping docs updated — hashtag lists, influencer sheets, planning docs
Occasional help formatting captions (if you like writing, great; if not, no worries)
