: The Content Creator will oversee the integrated conceptualization and creation of awareness, consideration and conversion social media content, in line with each medium ideosyncracies. This role will require strategic vision, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital content trends, user engagement strategies, and effective social media management. The Content Developer will also oversee allignemt to business strategies [as requiered], distribution, and performance optimization of digital and social media content, across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Content Strategy and Development:
· Define and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with clients' brand objectives and target audiences.
· Develop content roadmaps, including themes, campaigns, formats, and schedules for maximum reach and engagement.
· Stay updated on digital content trends, social media algorithms, platform capabilities, and emerging tools to keep content relevant and competitive.
· Team Leadership and Collaboration:
· Lead a team of content creators, social media managers, and analysts to deliver high-quality, engaging content.
· Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure integrated campaign execution and brand consistency.
· Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on best practices and professional growth.
· Content Production and Quality Control:
· Oversee content production from ideation to publishing, ensuring high-quality standards across all client content.
· Develop guidelines for tone, style, and editorial direction, ensuring brand consistency.
· Implement workflows to streamline content approval and publishing processes.
· Social Media Management:
· Direct and manage social media strategies, creating tailored approaches for each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter).
· Develop social media content calendars, leveraging both organic and paid strategies to drive engagement and follower growth.
· Engage in community management practices, actively interacting with audiences and responding to inquiries or issues.
· Performance Analysis and Optimization:
· Set and monitor KPIs for content and social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
· Utilize analytics tools to measure content performance, user engagement, reach, and conversions.
· Generate insights from performance data to continually optimize content and social media strategies, reporting findings to senior leadership and clients.
· Audience Management:
· Engage with agency to understand brand, target audience, and competitive landscape, acting as a trusted advisor for content strategy.
· Ensure high levels of consumer engagment towards platforms through proactive communication and continuous improvement in content quality and effectiveness.
· Budget Management:
· Oversee the content budget, ensuring that all resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
· Manage any external vendor relationships, including media agency, freelance writers, photographers, videographers, and designers, within budget constraints.

· Education and Experience

· Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive content strategies across digital and social media channels.
