Job Overview
Turn Key is seeking a creative and driven Content Creator / Reel Specialist to produce short-form, character-based video content for our digital brand.
This role focuses on bringing established, trademarked characters to life through engaging reels, shorts, and visual storytelling. You will work with provided scripts, visuals, and creative direction to produce scroll-stopping content for social platforms.
This is not a general marketing position.
This is a creative production role inside a character-driven brand.
Your Focus
- Turn scripts into compelling short-form video
- Create reels, shorts, and cinematic social content
- Work with provided character assets and visuals
- Maintain brand consistency
- Deliver clean, organized content for posting
- Improve engagement through pacing and style
- Collaborate with leadership on creative direction
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality reels, shorts, and video content
- Edit and assemble character content using brand assets
- Apply motion, effects, and audio where appropriate
- Follow creative direction and brand standards
- Deliver content on agreed timelines
- Improve quality through iterations and feedback
- Organize project files for long-term use
Required Skills
- Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- Understanding of short-form video culture
- Ability to work with characters and visual branding
- Strong creative instincts
- Organized and deadline-driven
- Comfortable working independently
- Professional respect for intellectual property
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Animation or motion graphics
- AI content tools
- Visual storytelling techniques
- Experience with branding or media properties

Job Type: Freelance
Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per month
