Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Marketing Assistant, located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The Marketing Assistant will support marketing initiatives, perform market research, assist in customer engagement, and contribute to sales and marketing strategies. Responsibilities include creating, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Market Research, including identifying trends and analyzing data
- Experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing, with knowledge of marketing techniques and sales strategies
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
- Familiar with popular fundraising tools given priority
- Familiar with Tiktok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Bluesky, Substack, and Patreon
- Must know Slack, Asana
- Open to waterfall agreement with pre-determined stop work if payment is not received. This is startup.
