Content Writer
The content writer will collaborate with client subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform complex program, service and organization information into clear, user-focused web content.
Their work will establish a consistent tone of voice and messaging that reflects the organization’s brand while ensuring accessibility and readability for diverse audiences.
Deliverables will include a content guideline (defining tone, style, and word count recommendations), page outlines, and finalized copy for 10 key pages.
Drafts will be integrated into wireframes for client review and feedback, ensuring alignment of content and design.
- Content Guidelines: A document outlining tone, style, brand voice, and recommended word counts.
- Page Outlines: High-level outlines based on identified user groups of content structure and key messages for 10 priority pages.
- Draft Content: Two rounds of draft copy for each of the 10 key pages.
- Final Content Package: Approved copy for 10 pages, aligned with wireframes and ready for design integration.
- Wireframe Review Support: Placement of draft content into wireframes to test flow and readability.
- Does this involve any onsite client meetings or any other visits.
There will be NO onsite client meetings or visits.
- Is there a minimum hours that they can expect per week. (from 152 hrs - 5 months, I assume it translates to 6-7 hrs per week)
Yes 6-7 hours per week although there may be weeks that are less or more depending on the deliverables expected.
