Clients use The Tune Farm to manage integrated campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, and other platforms — driving audience growth, ticket sales, and engagement.

We’re now seeking a motivated, hands-on digital specialist to help implement, manage, and report on paid social-media campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

Build and manage paid campaigns across TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube Ads (Google Ads), and Meta Ads Manager.
Collaborate with The Tune Farm’s creative and analytics teams to align ad strategy with client goals.
Test ad creative variations (short-form video, audio, and visual assets) to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
Track and report key performance indicators using native dashboards and analytics tools.
Deliver weekly campaign updates with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
Stay current with platform trends — algorithms, ad formats, and audience-targeting changes.
Contribute to campaign briefs, client recaps, and internal case-study development.

Qualifications

1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (TikTok, YouTube, Meta preferred).
Proficient in campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimization.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Self-starter able to manage time and deadlines independently.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign-reporting tools a plus.
Prior work in music, entertainment, or artist marketing is a strong advantage.
Experience with any digital ad-management platform (e.g., AdRoll, Basis, StackAdapt, etc.) is helpful but not required — training will be provided.

Compensation & Growth
$20–$25/hr depending on experience
Flexible remote schedule (~5–10 hrs/week to start)
Potential for expanded hours and responsibility as The Tune Farm scales
