Social Media Manager — “Cohley’s Content Island” (Creator Project)

Commitment: ~10 hours/month for 30 days

Compensation: $2,500 per month

Location: Remote

Cohley is looking for a creator to step into the role of Social Media Manager for 30 days (with the opportunity for ongoing contract work) as part of a new initiative to invest more in its social media presence.

This is a three-month experiment where one creator per month takes over Cohley’s social channels to show what great content strategy looks like — from ideas and execution to the behind-the-scenes chaos that comes with it.

What You’ll Do (during your 30-day run):

Manage Cohley’s Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and Quora accounts.
Create 8 total videos — a mix of short-form posts (Reels/TikToks) and weekly “confessionals” sharing your process, wins, and lessons.
Engage authentically on Reddit and Quora to build community visibility around content creation and the creator economy.
Maintain a consistent posting rhythm (at least three posts per week).
Write and post social copy that’s clever, on-brand, and human.
Participate in platform trends and creative mini-challenges along the way.

Who You Are:

A creator with proven social media experience — ideally for a brand or agency.
Comfortable being both behind the scenes and on camera.
Skilled at telling stories that teach, entertain, and feel authentic.
Interested in how AI tools (ChatGPT, LLMs, etc.) are shaping the future of content.
Able to balance personality with professionalism — Cohley’s tone is smart, approachable, and self-aware.

What Success Looks Like:

A strong, entertaining 30-day content arc that keeps our audience watching and learning.
Growing engagement and awareness for Cohley across channels.
Helping people understand what Cohley does — how brands work with creators to generate amazing, brand-safe content at scale.
