Our client a top retailer in San Francisco Bay is looking for Assistant Manager CRM and Lifecycle Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Analytics & Reporting
- Partner with the CRM Manager to analyze campaign performance and deliver insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to design and interpret A/B tests.
- Identify behavioral trends and performance patterns to recommend segmentation and content strategies.
- Content Management: Oversee execution of adhoc promotional campaigns across email and mobile.
- Develop clear creative briefs that are highly compelling and relevant with a consumer-first mentality
- Manage and optimize usage of our AI content platform (Movable Ink Dan Vinci).
- Ensure content outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Maintain and optimize the adhoc content library for accuracy and accessibility.
- Manage campaign timelines, content briefings, QA, and approvals.
- Work with vendors to ensure flawless campaign setup, testing, and deployment.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: BS/BA in a relevant field
- Knowledge and experience with HTML and content management tools preferred
- 2-3 years previous experience (preferably in a marketing role)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing.
- Curious and enthusiastic, with high attention to detail and strong follow through. Must be a self-starter, proactive, and flexible.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks involving internal and external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence all levels of management.
- Experience using third party email applications or a desire to learn CRM tools.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) or a desire to learn this tool
