Deliverables

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to both event and retail floral audiences.
Create, curate, and schedule visually compelling content across major platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Set up and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
Capture and edit high-quality photography and video content showcasing floral arrangements, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Monitor analytics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media for brands, ideally within the floral, events, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photography and video content creation.
Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign setup.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid (on-site/remote) environment; must be available for regular on-site work in Chicago.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual detail and brand consistency.
Leadership skills and experience mentoring or guiding team members.
