Job description

Leading Entertainment Streamer seeking Senior to Director level Manager to drive creative strategy for high-impact paid media campaigns. You’ll lead a talented in-house team and creative agency, overseeing everything from creative concepting to campaign execution across digital channels.

What You’ll Do:

Lead creative strategy and execution for all performance and biddable media channels
Manage and mentor an internal team plus agency partners
Oversee creative testing, asset production, trafficking, and reporting
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and media leads to optimize campaigns
Champion best-in-class creative that resonates with our audience
Keep projects organized and moving in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring:

10+ years’ experience in marketing/media/creative management
Expertise in paid social, programmatic, and YouTube campaigns
A/B or multivariate testing know-how
Hands-on skills with design software (Photoshop, AfterEffects, Premiere)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Keen creative instincts and attention to detail

Previous team management roles
