Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing our marketing strategies to life—supporting content creation, managing scheduling, and keeping our visuals sharp and on-brand.
Duties
- Scheduling and publishing content across social platforms
- Assisting with marketing campaign planning and execution
- Supporting brand consistency through all creative assets
- Creating high quality graphics, both still image and video
- Helping with administrative tasks related to content management and marketing
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field (internships or freelance work count!)
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign), or other design platforms
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and content scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with administrative tasks and managing content calendars
- Basic knowledge of branding, marketing strategy, and social media trends
- Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback and run with it
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Bonus points for:
- Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- Photography, video editing, or copywriting skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools or reporting
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
