Social Content Creator

Join our dynamic team as a Freelance Social Content Creator, where your creativity and passion for social media will be at the forefront of our brand’s digital storytelling. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for shooting and editing video and still content tailored for various social media platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. Collaborate with our talented team to craft on-brand assets that not only resonate with our audience but also elevate our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and edit engaging video and still content for diverse social media platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling social-first assets that align with brand positioning.
Utilize your creative skills to develop trend-forward visual results while maintaining brand identity.
Establish visual standards including art direction, graphics, typography, and curated user-generated content.
Work closely with the Senior Art Director and cross-functional teams to conceptualize robust customer experiences.
Oversee the production of video marketing materials for seasonal launches and promotions across various channels.
Stay ahead of social media trends to inspire innovative content creation.
Lead weekly presentations of digital marketing assets to cross-functional teams.
Mentor junior content creators by providing feedback and resources for their professional growth.
Create efficient workflows in collaboration with cross-functional partners to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
Proficient in editing platforms with the ability to edit video content as needed.
Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment under tight deadlines.
Previous styling experience is a plus but not essential.
Highly organized multitasker capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
Strong communicator who fosters collaboration across departments.
Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics.
A minimum of 5-8 years of direct design experience within fashion, beauty, luxury, or advertising sectors is preferred.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of digital platforms, particularly Meta and TikTok for both organic and paid social strategies.
