Imperial Boba Tea Menu Development Consultant (Freelance / Contract)

We are in the early stages of launching a new boba tea shop and are looking for an experienced boba tea professional to help us create a standout drink menu.
This is a contract role focused on menu development, but there may be an opportunity to join our team in an ongoing role once the shop opens, if mutually interested.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the creation of a unique and appealing boba tea menu
- Develop and test recipes for milk teas, fruit teas, toppings, and specialty drinks
- Ensure drinks are both flavorful and visually engaging
- Advise on ingredient selection, sourcing, and preparation processes
- Provide basic training materials to support future staff onboarding
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in boba tea or specialty beverage development
- Strong sense of flavor pairing and trend awareness
- Aesthetic eye for drink presentation
- Experience launching new menus or consulting is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and work independently
Future Opportunity:
