Golin Dallas is currently looking for Freelance, Senior Manager, Connector to join our team. Our ideal team member is a trend-obsessed, storyteller – a person with strong writing skills, a track record of strategic and critical thinking, and an eagerness to expand their expertise in our clients’ industries

We are looking for someone who can join us in a Freelance capacity and can commit to up to 120 hours for approximately 3 months.

What You’ll Do
- Engagement & Interaction: Foster meaningful conversations and relationships with the community across social platforms.
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and curate engaging content that aligns with brand values and resonates with the audience.
- Community Growth & Retention: Implement strategies to attract new members while keeping existing ones engaged and satisfied.
What You Have
- 5+ years of experience; bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Understanding of earned media strategy and experience creating media plans and compiling media lists.
- Initiate and drive social/digital strategy development.
- Agency experience strongly preferred but not required.
- Passion for collaboration and the ability to manage and juggle multiple asks and timelines.
Please note: We are open to considering qualified remote candidates in other locations.
Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations. Hourly rate: $60/hour.
