But we’re ready to change that—with the right person driving it.
What We’re Looking For:
A freelance creative producer or content editor who can help our CEO build a consistent, premium social presence—without turning us into a TikTok parody of ourselves.
Someone who:
- Understands the tone of creative leadership (think: calm, confident, sharp—not loud or spammy)
- Can write, shape, and edit short-form content (30–60s videos) using interviews, voiceovers, stock, and typography
- Gets how to speak to marketing directors, agency producers, and brand-side execs
- Doesn’t need babysitting. You lead the calendar, the format, the polish.
You’ll Be Doing:
- Editing 4–6 videos/month for IG, LinkedIn, TikTok (same content, different cuts)
- Building a monthly content plan with themes (e.g. creative ops, AI tools, client insights, leadership POV)
- Crafting short, smart scripts or VO lines from loose voice notes or talking head footage
- Pulling in licensed stock, light motion graphics, or clean design for polish
- Delivering videos that reflect a premium brand voice (this is not “Hey guys!!” content)
Ideal Fit:
- Experience working with founders, agencies, or production companies
- Portfolio that shows both content creativity and brand restraint
- Strong writing + editing instincts
- Knows how to make someone look sharp, smart, and expensive—with minimal raw assets
- Bonus if you’ve worked with AI tools or motion graphics
Rate:
$2K–$3.5K/month depending on scope and experience
