Job description

Job Title: Marketing Project Manager

Location: San Bruno, CA- Onsite
Duration: 12 month contract, 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $42.00-$47.00/hourly

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Agency background preferably with B2B experience with a large company
Experience with Workfront is required
You have project managed campaigns before so you understand the milestones but can see bigger picture here to see how timelines and processes intersect. Email marketing and Brand marketing project management a plus!

Core Responsibilities:

Support the MOPS Sr. Manager in wide scope project management
Own note taking and action planning feedback for meetings
Develop and communicate solutions to improve efficiencies in team operations
Partner closely and develop working relationships with stakeholders in client solution and omni teams to streamline ways of working.
Support in other general team administrative tasks as needed
Ensure teams are using new project management tool to its potential.

Qualifications:

Must have at least 5 years experience in project management team operations and process mapping within a marketing org
Has experience in change management
Great at building PPT decks
Ability to work effectively and achieve results in ambiguous situations
