We're seeking a mid-level Executive Assistant with 4–5 years of experience to step into a critical support role on our Tech & Engineering team. This isn’t your typical calendar-and-expenses gig—this is an opportunity to become the right-hand to a senior leader, managing complex travel, nonstop meetings, shifting priorities, and high-stakes projects in a fast-moving innovation space.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a high-volume calendar with precision and clarity
Coordinating domestic and international travel with adaptability and foresight
Tracking fast-moving action items, deadlines, and cross-functional meetings
Acting as a strategic partner, proactively driving communication and accountability
Keeping projects and people on track—even when things get hectic
Working confidently in G-Suite and other internal systems

✅ What You Bring

4–5 years of Executive Assistant or high-level Administrative experience
Proven ability to work with demanding personalities and maintain professionalism
Unshakable attention to detail, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving skills
Confidence to push back, ask critical questions, and hold stakeholders accountable
Thrives in a tech-forward, fast-paced, collaborative culture
Comfortable juggling multiple moving parts—you live for the organized chaos
A strong communicator who knows how to work with and around busy executives
