Our client, a supply chain management company, is looking for a freelance Motion Graphics Designer to support their Senior Director of Brand on various projects through the next year.
This is a Monday - Friday position, averaging about 25-30 hours per week. This is a remote opportunity, and candidate must be willing to work and collaborate with others in different time zones.
The Motion Graphics Designer Will Be
- creating motion design that is visually compelling, strategically thoughtful, and aligned with B2B storytelling
- developing and implementing animated content for a variety of channels, including marketing videos, product explainers, social media, paid campaigns, and presentation visuals
- leveling up their video content which can range from reel creation, long form testimonial video editing, vector-based motion creation, sizzle reel creation
- collaborating with cross-functional partners including writers, designers, and marketers to develop creative concepts and complete deliverables on time
- contributing to scripting, storyboarding, and art direction for campaign and brand videos
This Motion Graphics Designer Will Have
- 5-10 years of professional motion design experience in a creative or agency setting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in motion design, animation, visual communication, or a related field
- A strong understanding of motion design principles, storytelling, typography, and visual pacing
- Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere
- Experience working within a brand system and contributing to the development of motion design guidelines
- Familiarity with the supply chain, tech, or enterprise software sectors is a huge plus
- Demonstrated experience in designing strong openers, smooth transitions, kinetic type, and visual storytelling for both short- and long-form content
