About the Role:
Are you creative, social media savvy, and passionate about capturing great content? We’re looking for a Freelance Social Media Content Coordinator to help bring our real estate brokerage’s story to life across our digital platforms.
You’ll visit our Louisville office regularly (schedule coordinated in advance) to capture and create short-form content that highlights our agents, events, office culture, and community involvement. You may also be responsible for posting to our social media accounts—so strong Instagram and Facebook skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and create content including:
- Agent interviews
- Office celebrations and team meetings
- Training sessions and client events
- Behind-the-scenes moments and trending topics
- Create and schedule 8–12 deliverables per month (Reels, carousels, and static posts)
- Attend monthly planning sessions and weekly check-in calls
- Prioritize brokerage events for real-time content opportunities
- Post to Instagram and Facebook, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of what performs well on Instagram and Facebook
- A creative eye and ability to spot content opportunities
- Basic photo and video editing skills
- Experience with content creation, photography, or videography (preferred)
- Proven ability to connect with others and communicate clearly
- Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset
- Adaptability and empathy in communication
