Senior Art Director / Producer (video)

Position Overview

Our client, a global insurance company, is seeking a Senior Art Director / Producer (video) to manage the development of compelling video content for external audiences. This is a 30-40 hour per week hybrid opportunity beginning mid-April and running through the end of 2025. The onsite expectation will revolve around shoots and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concepting, storytelling, and storyboarding for a high volume of video assets.
• Receive creative briefs from internal stakeholders and strategically bring video output to life.
• Oversee the creation of short-format video content primarily for external audiences via digital and social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram).
• Oversee the production process, including animation, motion graphics, and video editing, ensuring high-quality output.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in video art direction and production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Portfolio showcasing video campaigns, ideally focused on new approaches to well-defined brands.
• Experience in insurance, financial services or other regulated industry is a huge plus!
• Experience in leading creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for team leadership.
