About the Role:
We are a creative media and design agency looking for a skilled, detail-oriented real human to join our team for a 12-week project-based position.
We need a versatile graphic designer who can confidently handle a wide range of client needs — from social media graphics to advertising layouts, trade show materials, sell sheets, print production files, and more.
You’ll be working across a diverse portfolio of clients, so the ability to adapt to different brand styles and deliver polished, on-spec work is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Design digital and print materials including social media graphics, display ads, sell sheets, brochures, signage, and trade show materials
- Ensure all designs adhere to client branding guidelines and visual standards
- Prepare final files for both digital publication and professional printing, meeting specific vendor specs
- Create production-ready assets based on advertising platform requirements (sizes, formats, file types)
- Maintain organized project files and version control
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure deadlines are met
- Stay current on design trends, platform specs, and print production best practices
Qualifications:
- Proven experience designing for a variety of digital and print media (required)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Strong understanding of branding guidelines and applying them across multiple asset types
- Ability to create clean, production-ready files based on publisher or printer specs
- Familiarity with social media platform image requirements and ad formats
- Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Meticulous attention to detail in both design and production
- Ability to manage and adapt designs across a diverse portfolio of clients
- Big-picture thinker who understands how design supports broader marketing goals
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
- No AI-generated applications or automated solicitations — real-world experience only, please.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous agency experience a plus
- Experience creating materials for trade shows and events
- Knowledge of preparing files for professional printers and understanding prepress requirements
