One of the world’s most beloved and recognized quick-service restaurant (QSR) brands is on the hunt for a contract Associate Marketing Manager to help shape and execute national marketing strategies that drive real impact. What You’ll Be Doing:
✨ Drive Strategic Marketing Execution
Contribute to the development of national menu board creative and provide strategic insights to shape messaging and visuals.
Run menu board tests (national + regional), including tailored regional rollouts.
Analyze performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities and optimize marketing tactics in real time.
Partner with finance to assess pricing strategies that support both profitability and guest satisfaction.
🎯 Operational Precision & Coordination
Request PLUs for menu boards and work with legal to audit store lists, ensuring all locations are accurately reflected.
Coordinate timing, assets, and messaging with multiple internal teams to ensure seamless rollout of campaigns and offers.
🎨 Creative & Agency Partnership
Develop sharp, focused briefs and provide actionable feedback to agency partners throughout the creative process.
Collaborate with print vendors to review recommendations, approve final designs, and facilitate flawless file delivery.
📣 Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Create clear, compelling communications to be shared across the system, including internal announcements and campaign updates.
Build decks and present to franchisees (FZs) to gain alignment and excitement for upcoming initiatives.
🤝 Cross-Functional Leadership
Liaise with key internal teams:
Demand Management (DM): Align on pricing, promotional tactics, and timelines.
Legal: Secure approvals and ensure all creative and coupons meet legal requirements.
Comms: Lead the rollout of internal updates, including coordinating key comms announcements.
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in QSR, CPG, or a fast-paced consumer brand.
Proven ability to turn data into decisions and measure results that inform future initiatives.
Strong background in managing external partners, agencies, or client relationships.
Highly organized multitasker who can manage multiple complex projects at once.
An exceptional team player with outstanding collaboration and communication skills.
A proactive, solutions-oriented thinker who thrives in a high-speed, high-stakes environment.
