Designer/Visual Designer

This role will apply UX best practices to ensure user-centered design that enhances usability, accessibility, and overall customer satisfaction.

Position Overview

Our enterprise client in the telecommunications industry is seeking a Visual Designer to join their internal creative studio team 40 hours per week for a 6 month contract. This is a hybrid position, requiring you to live close enough to one of their offices in Bellevue, WA, Frisco, TX or Overland Park, KS.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating, editing, enhancing and revising design across a variety of web/digital platforms such as company owned websites, company owned apps, and partner websites.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design choices and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Develop and maintain design specifications and guidelines.
• Projects may range from merchandising efforts to marketing campaigns and digital micro-experiences.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in UX and UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS for web design.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
