Job Description: We are seeking a creative and experienced Freelance Omni-Channel Art Director to join our team on an ongoing part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and the ability to create visually stunning and cohesive campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and more. This role requires occasional travel to our Philadelphia and surrounding area offices for client meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring a consistent and impactful visual identity.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, marketers, and other team members to develop and refine creative concepts.
• Oversee the design process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality and on-brand visuals.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform and inspire creative work.
• Present creative concepts and designs to clients.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers and freelancers as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Art Director, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent visual, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to travel to Philadelphia region for client meetings as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
