Systems Designer
Seeking a Systems Designer for a 3-6 month contract to join our team.
Position Overview
We are looking for a talented Product Designer with design systems experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that are not only visually appealing but also functional and easy to use. The Product Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users while aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Conduct usability testing and user research to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides that ensure consistency across all products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user interface and experience design.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experiences across various devices.
- Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma for design and prototyping.
Must Haves
- Experience contributing to a Design System in Figma
- 10+ years of design experience
- Designing for Enterprise web products
- Excellent communication skills to articulate decisions and rationale
