Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense and a passion for visual storytelling. This role will involve creating engaging graphics for various media platforms, collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent branding, and contributing to innovative design solutions that meet client needs.
This is a hybrid role, going onsite four days a week and one day remote in their Salt Lake City office. It is 40 hours/week contract role for atleast 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media (brochures, cards, posters, one-pagers, booklets, social ads, display, OOH etc)
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop branding materials
- Utilize typography and color theory to enhance visual communication
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion
- Stay updated on design trends and software advancements
- Attend multiple weekly stand-up meetings and kick-off calls
- Assist in the development of animations and motion graphics as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) + Workfront
- Knowledge of branding and visual communication strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
