We help schools across North & Central America run successful fundraising programs that parents get excited about. As we grow, we’re looking for a data-driven, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our online marketing efforts and drive meaningful growth.

About the Role

We’re seeking a sharp, versatile marketer who can own our PPC strategy and wear a few other digital hats. You’ll manage paid campaigns, optimize for conversions, and help drive qualified school and group leads to our sales funnel. You’ll also support broader growth initiatives like email marketing, SEO, and performance reporting. This is a high-impact role where your contributions will directly affect revenue.

Key Responsibilities

PPC & Paid Media (Primary Focus – ~50% of role)

Build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google, Bing, Meta, YouTube, etc.)
Own daily/weekly/monthly ad performance reporting (ROAS, CPL, CAC, etc.)
Manage keyword strategy, audience targeting, and bid adjustments
Test new campaign formats (video, discovery, retargeting, etc.)

Conversion Optimization

Collaborate with in-house design/development teams on landing page creation and A/B tests
Work with sales to ensure lead quality and volume are aligned with goals

Email Marketing

Coordinate or oversee weekly/monthly email sends
Segment audiences for lifecycle campaigns and promotions
Track open/click/engagement rates and improve performance over time

Website & SEO Support

Assist with on-page SEO best practices and keyword planning
Work with content or freelance writers on blog/article direction
Monitor site analytics and user behavior for optimization opportunities

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

Own GA4 and Looker Studio dashboards
Create clean, actionable reports for leadership on campaign and channel performance

Agency/Freelancer Coordination

· Manage external vendors, hold them accountable to KPIs, and ensure alignment with brand goals

Qualifications

3–5+ years’ experience in digital marketing with proven PPC success
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and email platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp
Strong analytical mindset; confident working with data and drawing insights
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communication and project management skills
Bonus: Experience in ecommerce or fundraising/education sectors

Lower cost-per-lead while increasing lead quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,086.00 - $77,392.00 per year
