Description
Robert Half is seeking a Freelance UX Designer to assist our client with a variety of design projects. This role provides an exciting opportunity for experienced UX Designers to showcase their skills in crafting user experiences that prioritize functionality, usability, and visual appeal. Hours for this position may fluctuate weekly based on project needs and timelines, offering a flexible schedule for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and requirements.
Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces and interactions across digital platforms.
Conduct user research to gather insights and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Test and iterate designs based on user feedback to ensure optimal user experiences.
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and adhere to best practices in UX design.
Provide creative input on a variety of projects, from concept development to final delivery.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a UX Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and web accessibility standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle fluctuating project schedules.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
