Job Summary

Team Win is looking for an experienced Account Manager to work with our fast-growing team. This is a contract position to start with the potential to go full-time.

This is an exciting position that blends the best of the advertising world, including strategy and project management with the best of production, including ideation and time on set. 


The Account Manager will be involved from beginning to end with the initial program strategy, sit in on our writer’s rooms, support the pitch development to the clients, project manage commercial scripts and deliverables, and collaborate with our editorial team to bring the project through post production. 


You will be working with a best-in-class team of writer/directors on campaign development and strategy, and will be tasked with bringing your unique voice and ideas to the table. This is the perfect position for someone who truly enjoys being involved in the creative process.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the contact for the client, providing on-going strategy and vision for the account.
  • Develop creative briefs and strategies for communications that align with the goals and the budget for the program alongside the executive leadership team.
  • Contribute to project pitch materials with the team, including decks and outlines.
  • Keep project timelines and tasks in order with both the internal teams and clients, clearly setting expectations and deadlines.
  • Work in conjunction with the team to review and analyze performance data to determine opportunities for campaign evolution.
  • Be on-set during production if needed to communicate with clients and teams.
  • Oversee client SOWs, accurate invoices, and ensure materials are in place.
  • Manage several clients and programs simultaneously.


Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of advertising or social media agency experience.
  • Knowledge of advertising projects and production workflows.
  • Experience leading and authoring strategy alongside media and creative teams.
  • Understanding of principles and best practices on digital and social platforms. 
  • Strong experience working within the Google docs and management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with incredible attention to detail.
  • Work remotely from home in the Los Angeles area, but have the ability to travel for clients and production when needed.
