UI Designer (WordPress)

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our digital products. You will work closely with developers and UX designers to create seamless and visually appealing interfaces for our websites and applications.

This is a full remote role, capped at 30 hours/week for 2 months. You will need to have your own Adobe Creative Suite license and access to Figma.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Design visually appealing UI components for websites and applications using Wordpress.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Ensure designs are responsive and work across various devices and screen sizes.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Work with developers to ensure the implementation of design specifications and standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects, particularly in Wordpress.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with responsive design and best practices.
• Ability to create wireframes and prototypes using design software.
• Experience with SEO and cross-browser compatibility is a plus.
  
  

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
