Product Designer - UX/UI - Figma, Product Design, UX

Our client, a CRM SaaS company, is looking for a freelance Product Designer to join as soon as identified. This role is expected to be around 40 hours per week through the end of August for leave coverage. This role is fully remote but you must be able to work EST hours.

The Product Designer will work with engineering and product teams to execute Figma wireframes, user testing, research, journeys, personas, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups. This is an executional role where you will be given visual components and will be expected to apply the design system to their user interface.

Additional Responsibilities Include

• Contribute to and help execute the team's strategy, vision, and roadmap, in collaboration with product management and engineering peers.
• Understand your customer to build compelling journey scenarios, information architecture, interaction flows, and visual designs
• Familiarity with AI technology and the ability to adapt design strategy and solutions to keep up with the rapidly evolving AI landscape
• Work closely with AI teams and other designers to ensure consistency and alignment across patterns and components
• Work autonomously and with customer experience in mind, using their Canvas design system for a fast, efficient process with fewer handoffs
• Ability to balance speed and quality to deliver value to customers in a timely manner
• Ability to collaborate across teams
• Independently lead user research initiatives to validate solutions and pivot directions when needed; ensure customer insights are central to UX decisions
• Drive alignment, set goals, and drive understanding and motivation with your partners and team
  
  

Requirements

• Must be able to own the end-to-end design process, from leading discovery to producing high-fidelity screens to partnering with engineers to get the details right
• Expert in using Figma
• Understanding of AI technology for Product Design
• Experience in delivering successful, intuitive products
• Experience collaborating on strategy and vision with partners, leaders, and teams
• Can balance scope, speed, and quality to reach outcomes
• Must be able to work EST hours and available 40 hours per week.
