HR Social Agency is on the lookout for a talented and results-driven Remote Freelance B2B SaaS Social Media Manager. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development
- Create and Implement Social Media Strategies: Develop tailored social media strategies for B2B SaaS clients to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform your strategies.
Content Creation and Management
- Content Development: Design and produce engaging content (graphics, videos, articles) that aligns with client branding and messaging.
- Editorial Calendar Management: Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
Social Media Management
- Platform Optimization: Optimize social media profiles to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and cultivate a sense of community.
Paid Advertising
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Quora to drive traffic and conversions.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and make data-driven adjustments.
Analytics and Reporting
- Performance Metrics Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Insights Generation: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analytics to enhance future campaigns.
QualificationsEducation and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, particularly within the B2B SaaS sector.
Skills and Competencies
- Platform Proficiency: Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Quora.
