Jr Graphic Designer

Position Overview

Our client, a leading insurance company, is looking for a freelance Junior Digital Designer to join their team for 3-6 months. This role is 40 hours a week, 2 days on-site in Woodbridge, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative executions for email, display ads, social media, landing pages, and other materials
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create on-brand communication materials
• Ensure all creative materials align with marketing messaging and business goals
• Lead and participate in creative concept sessions to drive business growth
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly in various formats
• Maintain high-quality, error-free correspondence and materials
• Support social media efforts and contribute to the company blog
• Oversee supplier management for quality and timely delivery
• Implement best practices for production and corporate efficiencies
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic or digital design
• Must have experience with WordPress Elementor and HTML/CSS.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email buildouts
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
  
  

Nice to Haves

• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS for web design enhancements
• Some experience with After Effects and Lottie GIF animation for motion graphics
• Experience within the Corporate or Insurance industry.
  
  

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
