About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and self-motivated content creator to help grow our brand on social media. This is a freelance, part-time role with flexible hours, but we prefer someone local who can visit the store for filming and content capture.
Key Responsibilities
- Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) featuring outdoor gear, guided trips, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Plan, schedule, and post Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage social media interactions.
- Capture content in-store and at events, plus repurpose UGC (user-generated content).
- Track engagement metrics and suggest ways to grow our reach.
What We’re Looking For
- Outdoor enthusiast with a passion for women’s adventure and storytelling.
- Experience with content creation, social media strategy, and engagement.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.).
- Ability to work independently while aligning with Alpinistas' brand.
