Hours: PART TIME, 20 hours a week

Rules of engagement: 20 hours must be during regular core working hours (9am-4pm CST)
Skills:
- Must have very good communication skills.
- Must know Office Suite really well.
- Word – should have done more complex things such as put tables into large word docs, deal with Tables of Contents, format docs that are 2-10 pages and is sometimes applied to branded formats.
- Excel – must be able to put Banners on and change colors.
- PowerPoint – experienced putting together slide decks and make them look appealing and business appropriate, utilize design skills and functions like animation.
- Must be good at figuring things out – type of person that if you don’t know how to do something you Google it, figure it out and keep going.
- Must be good at PROOFING your work – compare and contrast.
- Would be great if have an eye for design. Not using Adobe or any of the design tools but be able to put business related graphics to bullets or bullets to graphics.
- Would consider someone who has done work like this outside the corporate world but would still want to see work samples.
