Our system utilizes SQL queries through CRM/ERP API integrations to deliver highly accurate responses. As a network of advanced open-source large language models (LLMs), we perform multiple functions across the customer service process at production scale. In unison, we help companies to integrate our technology into their infrastructure. Our flagship technology improves the customer service team’s productivity by 10X.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Python Software Engineer with a "hacker" mindset to join our team and contribute to the development and deployment of cutting-edge, AI-powered decision support systems. In this dynamic role, you will be involved in everything from design of application and product layer and integration with our AI models.
You are determined to overcome technical challenges and are excited to work in a constantly evolving technological landscape. You will play a key role in building the application that utilizes LLMs and other AI technologies and devising solutions that enhance our clients' capabilities. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to tackle complex, large-scale problems, and help achieve shared goals.
Required Skills:
- Expert in Python and a minimum of 5+ years of experience. You should have knowledge of at least one Python web framework {{such as Django, Flask, etc. depending on your technology stack}}.
- Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
- Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
- Understanding of the threading limitations of Python and multi-process architecture.
- Good understanding of server-side templating languages {{such as Jinja 2, Mako, etc. depending on your technology stack}}.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
- Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
- Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.
- Understanding the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
- Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain Microservices using Python to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement Microservices architecture best practices.
- Design, implement, and maintain systems that utilize queueing services for asynchronous communication.
- Integrate and configure queueing services like RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka within the application architecture.
- Strong unit test and debugging skills.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.
- Work collaboratively with the design team to understand end-user requirements to provide technical solutions and for the implementation of new software features.
- Knowledge of application deployment process and server setup.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies for software development/delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully managing, contributing and delivering to a large number of development projects (preferably leading a team or a part of it).
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

- Take ownership of the entire project from requirement to final delivery stage.
- Lead and mentor teams on a project.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to define situations, document data, and draw conclusions.
- Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories.
- Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and on budget.
- Provide third-level support to business users. Research and evaluate a variety of software products.
