Job Title: Junior Designer / Production Artist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Designer or Production Artist to join our design team. This role focuses on creating and refining layouts for digital and print materials, ensuring high-quality visual representation of our brand. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level designer looking to grow their skills in a collaborative and fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create layouts for digital assets (e.g., web graphics, social media content, email campaigns) and print materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, and event collateral).
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Prepare files for production, including pre-flighting and ensuring print-readiness.
- Assist in updating and maintaining existing design templates for efficient reuse.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Support the team with light retouching, formatting, and versioning tasks.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design or production art, ideally in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of layout design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with preparing digital and print files for production.
- Basic knowledge of digital platforms and formats (e.g., web graphics, responsive design).
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines meticulously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with collaborative design tools such as Figma or Canva. MUST Have Figma experience
- Understanding of UX/UI principles or motion graphics is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for SaaS, technology, or digital trends.
