Overview
In this role, you will support the Brand Marketing team by managing the project lifecycle and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns. This includes trafficking and delivering creative assets, processing invoices, and providing essential administrative support to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
Pay: $35 - $37/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible

Entertainment Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, outlining timelines and milestones.
- Work-back Plans: Create detailed work-back plans for key deliverables, such as briefs, concepts, decks, and campaign assets.
- Asset Coordination: Oversee the trafficking, coordination, and quality assurance of campaign assets in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring timely delivery.
- Expense Management: Assist in the reconciliation of expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Partner Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new partners.
- Team Support: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, creating agendas, taking notes, assisting with marketing decks and materials, and supporting additional marketing projects as assigned.
- Documentation: Assist in organizing, gathering, and archiving key marketing materials and documents.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Brand Marketing, Creative, Social, PR teams, and media agencies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a marketing or creative project management role from a large entertainment organization, along with current experience with major project management tools / software.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management capabilities.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
