Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Sunrise, FL that is seeking a Digital Designer, Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage time and meet deadlines for web design and development projects
- Code proficiently in front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Maintain and update website content and other interactive products regularly
- Design and create mobile-first digital marketing assets, including landing pages, display ads, and eblasts, that are user-friendly and target the company's demographic
- Develop mockups and interactive prototypes for review, testing, and approval
- Suggest improvements to website layout and user experience for enhanced usability
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues on the website, such as broken links, file errors, and slow loading speeds
- Enhance the design and UI of interactive products using creative software
- Stay updated on new developments in digital marketing
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance
- Collaborate with the marketing department to improve marketing efforts
- Perform other related duties as requested by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required; Web Technologies or Multimedia Certifications are considered in lieu of education
- 5+ years of experience designing and creating websites, web ads, and email blasts
- Must have training and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java coding
- Relevant software required: Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, Final Cut Pro; experience with Optimizely CMS and HubSpot CRM a plus
- Must have good verbal and visual communication skills
- Must have strong listening skills
- Must be flexible and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and changing requirements
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
