We are in search of a locally based creative and results driven social media manager and possible digital media manager with the goal to plan, develop and execute our social media strategy, enhance our brand image, maximize our brand presence and engage with our audience.

Qualifications:

Must live in the local Pittsburgh area To visit job sites and connect with staff.

Competent in creating video, photo and design content for use on all social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, Captions, Video Up, etc.
Understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles.
Engaging and positive-energy personality to interact with our staff, crews, homeowners and partners to create engaging content.
Creative mindset to bring variety and interest to our content creation and posts.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Good fit in personality, compatible with our team.
Conscientious worker.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development

Collaborate with our marketing staff to develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with our company goals and brand identity, maximize our brand presence and drive customer engagement.
Identify and implement strategy trends and customer audience preferences.

Content Creation

Visit our job sites weekly to create video and content including video, stories, posts and YouTube videos tailored to the roofing industry.
Gain knowledge of the roofing industry to create informative content highlighting our skilled work, roofing expertise and educate our customers.
Design graphics and templates, write captions and schedule posts across all platforms- Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc.
