Job Description: Design Project Manager

About Extension eCom:

We're a fast-growing, full-service Amazon agency led by an ex-Amazon employee that supports Amazon businesses' growth through PPC advertising, SEO, Catalog Support, Reporting, Strategy, & more.

Position Summary: As a Design Project Manager, you will oversee the entire design process from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and organize client documents and assets, including the CVR document, ensuring all required materials are complete and accurate.
Facilitate the transfer of assets to the Design Team Lead for project execution.
Monitor project milestones and timelines to ensure timely completion.
Provide regular progress updates to key collaborators and stakeholders.
Oversee the management of client feedback and the coordination of revisions to meet expectations.
Notify the Payment Processing Specialist to initiate client billing upon project milestones.
Oversee the preparation and submission of final project deliverables to the Catalog Manager for upload.

Qualifications:

Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com) and demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams to complete projects successfully.
Language Proficiency: Exceptional written English fluency is required.
Technical Requirements: A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps upload and download.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications (Not Required):

Design Background: Experience working in a creative agency or as a freelance creative professional.
E-commerce Experience: Prior experience working in the e-commerce industry.
