With our cutting-edge mobile and web apps, we make it easy for customers to order their favorite memories in just a few clicks.
Our goal: ensure photos are ready for pickup in under an hour at our partner locations Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS. And we're not stopping at the US!

Mission and challenges
As an essential collaborator of our Marketing & Communication team, working closely with the Communication Team, your mission will be to shape and execute a vibrant, trend-driven social media strategy specifically for the US market.
You will operate as a freelance expert, taking ownership of all aspects of our social media presence in the US.
What You'll Do
Social Media Content Strategy

Identify and recommend priority platforms to focus on and maximize efforts for optimal impact.

Develop a targeted content strategy for each social platform, ensuring alignment with Picta’s brand identity and goals.

Propose innovative themes and formats to maximize audience engagement.

Collaborate with the influencer marketing specialist to maintain brand consistency.
Content Creation

Design and manage an editorial calendar for each social platform, coordinating with the Communications Manager.

Create high-quality, engaging content for posts, videos, infographics, and more, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Work with the Creative team to produce necessary visuals and multimedia assets.
Social Media Account Management

Schedule and publish content according to the editorial calendar.

Actively engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and other interactions.
Performance Analysis

Track social media performance metrics and provide regular reports.

Offer actionable insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy and drive better results.
About you

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media, ideally in a freelance capacity.

Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French is a plus. A strong understanding of American culture is required.

Content Creation Skills: Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut for creating visually compelling content.

Social Media Expertise: Extensive experience with platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok.

Analytics Savvy: Knowledge of performance analysis tools to track and optimize campaigns.

Independent and Collaborative: Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal teams

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and communication skills to ensure polished deliverables.
