Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Director will lead and oversee all digital marketing efforts across our national network of treatment centers. This role is ideal for a seasoned digital marketing professional with direct experience in the behavioral health treatment industry and a passion for driving growth through data-driven strategies. The Director will manage both internal marketing staff and external vendors/freelancers to execute campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, optimize online presence, and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, GMB optimization, paid social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
Lead performance optimization of landing pages, website conversion funnels, and user experience to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and freelance partners, ensuring alignment with budget, brand, and performance objectives.
Supervise and mentor the in-house marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to executive leadership.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, search engine algorithm updates, and behavioral health industry shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
Partner with Admissions and Operations leadership to align marketing initiatives with census growth and regional outreach goals.
Ensure all digital content and campaigns maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in behavioral healthcare advertising.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of digital marketing leadership experience, preferably within the behavioral health or healthcare treatment industry.
Proven success managing SEO, PPC, GMB optimization, and digital lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI.
Strong experience managing vendors, agencies, and cross-functional marketing teams.
Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $250,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
